Our Response to Covid19

We take YOUR physical and emotional health seriously.  In light of this, we have taken the following precautions:

OFFICE CLOSURES: ALL physical office locations closed March 17th.

RETURN TO OFFICE PLAN: Certain Therapists have elected to return June 1st *IF* adequate N95 masks, hand sanitizer, and cleaning equipment will be available at that time. If you or your company would like to donate this much needed equipment, we can provide a receipt for your gift-in-kind.

FULL RE-OPENING: The majority of our Therapists have elected to delay their return to office until their local School District returns to school.

TELEHEALTH LONG-TERM PLAN:  Both now, and in the future when this is resolved, we will continue to provide Telehealth Services for ALL of Texas.

As an extra precaution, the CDC also recommends several preventative actions you can take, including:

  • Avoid close contact with individuals showing signs of illness.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth without first washing your hands.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  • Stay home if you are sick.

  • Practice proper hand hygiene and cough etiquette.

  • For those with compromised immune systems or who, in general, may be nervous about entering office buildings, please note that all our Therapists have been trained in providing Telehealth.

  • We would highly encourage you speak to your Therapist about telehealth services to reduce risk of exposure through the practice of social distancing.

  • Our Telehealth Services are available for ALL Texas residents and the system can be accessed by iPhone, Android phone, tablet, computer, Chromebook, and other technological devices that support the Chrome Browser with video/audio.

We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), federal agencies, and other global health organizations to collect the most up-to-the-minute information to ensure the actions we're taking are comprehensive and expedient. Based on this information, we may decide to continue, pause, or suspend operations at certain offices if necessary.
